I’m unable to add my credit card. How can I even use the bike? It keeps rejecting it. The app should let users use Apple Pay and sign up easier. What a train wreck

Go to rent a bike. “Want to use a day pass?” No. “Okay re enter password to switch pass type” Unlock bike. Try to unlock second bike for partner, it says you can’t unlock two bike types at once ?????? Put my bike back. Try to get it out again. Mechanism is now stuck. 15 bikes in station but 11 out of service. I take metro instead. Sigh.
