Don’t even bother getting this app they charge you a 190$ hidden fee every week. When ur starting ur order it doesn’t show you till you alrdy made it. And they won’t let you cancel the order no matter ig ur just ordered it. They are scammer and I would recommend to stay away from this dumb app. I can’t do nothing about it till my order comes basically forcing me to to give them 190$ even tho I guarantee they haven’t even started the process I would give it a zero if I could.

meal selection is deceptive; they include menu items that are in your restriction list, and you're just supposed to not pick them? So out of 15 meals you might only be able to eat 8. And when you try to cancel they charge you 80%

I’ve been with the company for over a year and I truly love the meals. The customer service hasn’t always been the strongest but they have had some strong moments. I offer lots of feedback because I want them to succeed but sometimes they just don’t respond the right way. For example, they have a reward program where I reached a limit because I had been with them for so long and it took for me to get there for them to think something needed to be done. The most recent thing that surprised me was the meal stickers being incorrectly printed with expired meal dates. I reported it and they reassured me it was incorrect but just seems like a massive error for a company that has checks and balances for quality control. I hope they get it together.
