User Reviews

Reviews consistently cite Bluetooth pairing and connectivity as the core app problem—disconnections, inconsistent pairing, and occasional nonfunction after updates. A major recurring theme is that the app only supports one device at a time, making it hard for couples to adjust together. Other frequent complaints include a nonfunctional program/memory feature and a clunky UI. Some users note the included tablet is flimsy, and many want a dedicated remote (though a remote option started to appear in updates). Overall, the hardware is strong, but the app severely undermines usability.
Pros
  • The adjustable bed frame hardware is praised for its capabilities when the app is functioning.
  • Some users have experienced stable operation across multiple devices for months.
  • QR code pairing can enable quick, initial connection to the bed.
  • A physical remote option was introduced, improving usability over relying solely on the app.
Cons
  • Frequent Bluetooth connectivity issues: unreliable pairing, dropped connections, and need for reinstallations.
  • Only one device can be connected at a time; multi-user control is not supported.
  • Firmware/app updates often break functionality or make the app nonfunctional, requiring troubleshooting.
  • Nonfunctional program button/memory settings and overall poor UI/UX (buttons misbehave, settings not saved).
  • Reliance on a low-quality included tablet; users crave a dedicated remote and better hardware.

Why do you force customers to have their phones in the bed ? I would rather keep it away from me when I go to sleep so I can have a peaceful and calm sleep. You did not provide regular remote controls with this very expensive base. The tablet provided also sucks. So the customer is basically forced to bring their phones on them to the bed when they go to sleep. Another problem is that you put the voice control button in the middle of the app and it is almost impossible to click the other functions without hitting that voice control button. Voice control does not work and it’s a waste of time waiting for it to load

I’ve had the sleepy elite base for over a year now and this app makes it unusable. The app pairs and the test works but then I can’t actually move the bed through the app. Will never buy this base or any base that uses this app again.
