TCB Mobile Banking

If you need to use the app just find another bank. I pay my bills twice a month and it has made the process so much harder and more stressful. User interface is a complete mess, balances don’t update when you transfer from one account to another, the app lags and take forever to load, it’s just a horrible app to have to use twice a month. I will unfortunately be moving all my accounts simply because the app has made it so hard to manage our finances. The old app was great, simple and easy to use. I don’t understand why it needed to be changed to something so complicated and frustrating.

The citizens bank has done me well for years and I sure do love the mobile deposit and being able to pull up my account is a wonderful suggestion by whom ever come up with this app thank you so much citizens bank

Keeps kicking me off and not letting me enter my password. I’ve had to change it multiple times just to be able to check my account balance. I’m ready to switch banks now…
