Just finished my first module and it pretty much consisted of nothing but marketing hype, making sure you believe that CBT works. Update; I am now in the second core in my opinion hasn’t changed. I am waiting to find something that will help me and not just hear about everyone else else’s woes.

I have had insomnia for years so I was skeptical at first but this program really works! It’s more than just sleep hygiene or hacks to lull you to sleep. Instead they teach you how to make changes that are based on sleep science. Stick with it and you will approach sleep in a new way.
