| 2025-10-14 | Ka***** | Glitch with sign up. I’ve never been able to use it and continue to be charged. Seems predatory to advertise helping adhd and auto renew with no phone number to call to cxl and and email that comes back as a failure to send. Stay away! | |

| 2025-03-21 | Li***** | I feel like I got tricked into getting this app. I signed in because it talked about wall Pilates and getting ton for women over 50 and then when I download the app it’s more about PTSD and emotional regulation and other stuff that I’m not interested in. | |

| 2025-03-21 | pe***** | I’m not sure, but it sounds like all of the yoga videos are narrated by AI? Or a sped up human voice? It would be much better if they just had a regular yoga teacher instead of a woman doing yoga with a voiceover. The yoga also doesn’t include any modifications etc like a normal yoga practice would. It’s also choppy and very quick generally. If you don’t finish the bad yoga videos you can’t move through the program to the next day of meditation/podcast. Which is a bummer since the yoga is not good. | |

| 2025-03-04 | Ri***** | I had a lot of issues logging in and had to reach out to support to get it fixed. However once I did they fixed the issue for me. The app was ultimately not for me but may work well for others. | |

| 2025-02-07 | WV***** | I saw the ads on Facebook and caved. I would love to work on my ADHD impulse overeating. What I got instead were 3 daily tasks, that you can’t skip ahead. It’s a podcast (that I really liked), a stretch exercise and a mediation. I have an awesome exercise app (BODi) that I already pay for that does workouts, stretches and meditations. I think this app could be great but with people with ADHD, just like the podcast suggests - break down those segments smaller. Why can’t I do 5 minute stretches here and there? Smaller options for the meditations. 20 minutes is a big commitment for my ADHD inattention to handle. I wish it was more optional and more help. I have yet to hear or learn anything on managing the impulse overeating and I don’t see how anyone is losing weight by just this program. The ad is surprise! A lie but I do think there is potential here. I wish I had my $15 back though. I’d be interested if they made some huge updates. | |

| 2025-01-29 | as***** | I did the trial and immediately knew this would be the support I needed for navigating late-onset ADHD that has basically turned my world upside down. The podcasts and meditations are amazing: and I wake up looking for them each day. But the workouts…. Ugh. The way they cut out and (not) flow, and how the audio does not line up with the visuals, makes my adhd brain want to scream. I just let them play out while doing my own workout. Not ideal. | |
