Health Sync by appyhapps lets you synchronize health and fitness data across popular apps. It currently supports syncing from Apple Health, Coros, Fitbit, Garmin Connect, Huawei Health, Oura, Polar Flow, Strava, and Suunto to destination apps including Apple Health, Coros, Fitbit, Intervals.icu, Runalyze, Selfloops, Strava, Suunto, and TrainItAll. The sync can start from the moment you install the app, with historical data transfer available after the free trial. On Garmin Connect you can export up to five years of activity data, and up to two years for other data (steps, sleep, heart rate, etc.); Polar Flow does not support historical data. The sync runs in the background several times per hour due to iOS restrictions, and GPS data is synced to Apple Health when the phone screen is unlocked; if a sync happens while locked, GPS data will be added when you next open Health Sync. Note that syncing from Apple Health requires the phone to be unlocked.

It offers a one-week free trial, after which a one-time lifetime license is available to continue using the app and access historical data sync. Health Sync processes data on-device, following a privacy-by-design approach; no cloud processing and your data isn't accessed by others. Latest update messed up access to Google Health. It keeps complaining about auth and takes you to Fitbit, not google health, to sign in.

This is possibly the worst and most unreliable app I have ever used. Continuously looses sync with Garmin and ends up in endless loops when you try and deauthorize and authorize. Have to uninstall and clear associations on other portals. It’s ok when it works then randomly stops syncing.
