User Reviews

Users frequently praise easy data transfer from Fitbit to Apple Health and overall integration when syncing works. However, recurring problems include unreliable auto-sync (even with paid lifetime options), data accuracy mismatches and double-counting across Apple Health and Fitbit, crashes after updates, and repeated login/authentication hurdles. Some reports also note pricing discrepancies for lifetime access. The app tends to perform well when the sync runs smoothly but stability and data accuracy remain common complaints.
Pros
  • Easy-to-use interface for transferring Fitbit data into Apple Health.
  • Syncs data between Fitbit and Apple Health when functioning correctly.
  • Positive results after updates, with fixes that restore functionality.
  • Strong integration with Apple Health, and generally better than some alternatives.
Cons
  • Auto-sync is not reliably working, even after paying for lifetime auto-sync.
  • Data accuracy issues: mismatched, missing, or double-counted steps and sleep data.
  • Stability problems or crashes following updates.
  • Frequent login/authentication hurdles and not staying logged in.
  • Pricing transparency issues, such as lifetime pricing not matching charged amount.

Did some research. This seems to be a common problem. It syncs to apple health app that I’m having these long walks right after midnight. Honestly, I don’t want to spend the time and effort to futz around with settings to try and make it work. It just doesn’t work out of the bird. Waste of my money. Removed the app.

So most of the apps that I find that are supposed to help sync things to Apple health. Are either over expensive and only sync 2 things for the free version. This one is perfect! It syncs from what I can tell the biggest main points and it syncs it well. And if you did want to get the full version it’s WAAAY more affordable than the other apps out here trying to charge you a finger a month.
