2026-07-11 Ca***** Customer support is awful. Don't trust this app. They say reach out to them with issues that's a lie they don’t care and now I feel abused by them. The stock response to my review in the app store just feels like they are bullies, TBH. They dont tell you you need to KYC upfront. I was setting up my account on the tablet and didnt realize the image was so bad for my selfie and their customer support couldn’t care more. This is the ONLY time I have ever been rejected from KYC. Delete all my info please this app sucks.

Après avoir transmis plusieurs documents personnels sensibles, j’ai perdu toute confiance dans leur procédure. Une expérience très décevante!
À éviter si vous recherchez un processus KYC sérieux. 2026-06-26 Mx***** They misled me to believe the card would be linkable to Apple Pay, now they are saying it’s a problem from apples side and they can’t do anything about it after I already paid the card fee.

2026-06-26 Mi***** This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I wired money to my account, and immediately after the transfer, my account was blocked. Support told me I’d receive a final review within 2–3 business days, but now it’s the 4th business day and I still have no resolution. They don’t seem to understand that people have bills to pay and families to support. It’s incredibly frustrating. What’s even worse is that there’s no phone number to call—only email support and automated bot responses. I strongly recommend that no one use this app. I’ve already spoken with my lawyer about taking legal action, and I’ll also be contacting the App Store to report this experience.
