Starting with the app, not only are the esthetics a vibe, but it is so easy to navigate. Meals can be recorded via scanning a barcode, searching a food and choosing the correct option, or adding your own food into it. You can adjust how many grams you had and it’ll do the macro math for you. Simple, easy, and honestly becomes fun to do and less like a chore! The workouts that are planned are set up with a gif showing you how to perform the move so you look like you know what you’re doing, regardless if you don’t. There’s also an easy way to message and get in contact with the trainer, multiple apps are not needed. Not overwhelming to look at, beautifully organized, this app is easily enjoyable to use. The trainer, Luigi, is absolutely phenomenal. His knowledge and passion for fitness is obvious as it is contagious. He’s kind, professional, and GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES. After two years of bootyking work outs, I saw a difference in just one week of his program. His knowledge caters to whatever your body goal is, whether it’s building muscle to compete or just wanting to look snatched and thick in all the right places- he’s got you. His dedication shows as workouts vary per week: he’s found a way to make working out fun by negating the monotony. He’s quick to get back to you, educated in all things health and fitness, and absolutely the best hype man one can ask for. Whether new to working out, in the middle, or a pro, Luigi is the personal trainer you need!!
