I signed up for this app the day it was released and it’s truly changed the way I approach fitness (and my body!). Everything else I’ve tried has fizzled out but this app has created the routine and structure and taken out ALL the guesswork of how to approach fitness thoughtfully and effectively. Kate is always on standby for questions or just to cheer you on. Can’t recommend this enough. You won’t regret it!

Amazing app. The work outs are exactly what I was looking for. And the cherry on top is that this app flexes with the demands normal people deal with, allowing to finish a work out at home if you can’t get to the gym or just keep the workouts “rolling”. I’ve done plenty of apps where if I can’t complete all workouts for the week, then I feel like I might as well just skip the entire week and start fresh again next week. It was honestly getting tiring and I was perpetually getting no where, and feeling more demotivated. But this app is not like that - it encourages you to keep going, and that’s making all the difference for me.

Kate is incredibly experienced and the real deal. This isn’t made for people who want to barely lift and not do the work. It’s for those committed to growth, fitness and progress and my results and strength are amazing!
