So, if I said that I don’t ever wake up in the middle of the night during sleep, I feel like that should never be a question when logging the daily sleep habits. That only wastes more time for me in the morning, and I most likely won’t be able to log my sleep right after I get up before work. Also, there are some little bugs that I’ve already noticed in the first few minutes of just trying it out. Restarting the app gets kind of annoying after a while. some things include: lingering on a question for too long, not being able to edit your answers after they’ve been logged, and also the question about alertness after waking up does not let you change it from 3. And just to pick your brain for a sec, why is taking a nap a good thing to improve your habit score? As someone who works on their feet 10+ hours a day, a nap is not only impossible, but quite literally life threatening to the people that depend on me for their care. Taking a nap would be a terrible habit in my field of work. You could also reshape the app so that people who work night shifts could use it, too. Just my two cents 🙂

ORIGINAL REVIEW (⭐️⭐️): I’ve been using this app for just over a week, and a few major issue have me searching for a different app. 1. In order to edit an entry (with multiple questions) you have to re-answer each question. So you better make sure to review the answers you already gave if you need to add any notes for that day. 2. The notes section always shows as blank when you review your entry. In order to see the notes you’ve added to that day, you have to edit the entry and re-answer the questions until you get to the notes section at the very end of the entry (see #1 issue above). 3. If you take a nap/sleep more than once in a day, there is nowhere to enter that sleep cycle. It will just ask you in the next day’s entry if you took a nap yesterday, and if it was longer than an hour, you can’t be more specific than that. UPDATE (two weeks later): I’m very pleasantly surprised at the quick response and resolution to two out of my three pain-points on the app. It is much more user-friendly now that the notes are visible outside the edit process (and that each section can be edited individually). It would be worthy of five stars if/when all sleep cycles can be tracked (not just one per 24 hours).
