User Reviews

Users praise Def Reset for accountability, habit tracking, and motivation, with social features and a simple design. However, repeated reports show major stability issues: login/sign-in problems, crashes and endless loading, and UI glitches that block features like videos and recipes. These bugs undermine the app’s core purpose despite its helpful approach to workouts and daily habits.

Pros

Accountability and habit tracking via checklists that help users stay consistent with workouts.
Motivation and structure for workouts and daily training.
Social features that let you follow friends for accountability.
Simple, focused design that centers on consistency.

Cons

Sign-in problems and password reset failures (login loops, handshake errors).
Frequent crashes, freezes, and loading screens that prevent use.
UI glitches such as gray/black/white screens that hide features.
Bugs that limit access to features like workout videos, recipe details, and editing checklist items.

Recent reviews

Was excited to use the app and start training. Once you boot up it does not go past the user agreement as it just processes forever. Tried WiFi, cellular data, reinstalling, and making a new account. App simply is broken please fix it.
