Review summary

Overall, users praise easy, at-home wall Pilates that’s beginner-friendly and helpful for back/knee issues, with no equipment needed. However, reliability and billing problems dominate, including data loss after updates, startup crashes, and confusing subscription flows. Some frustration stems from AI-driven gender bias and the removal of favored features like 3D demonstrations. Stability and clear support are needed for sustained use.
Pros
  • Easy-to-follow wall Pilates sessions
  • Great for stretching, back pain relief, and knee support; suitable for seniors and beginners
  • At-home workouts with no equipment required
  • Customizable workouts, including injury-adaptive routines
  • Fits busy lifestyles and is appealing to those who don’t enjoy gyms
Cons
  • Data loss or disappearance of past workouts and progress after updates
  • Frequent startup/loading issues (white screen, blank screens)
  • Billing and subscription problems (unexpected charges, re-purchase prompts, onboarding paywalls)
  • AI-generated content bias (programs skewed toward women; gender-based dashboards)
  • Removal of preferred features (3D step-by-step demos) and other program options after updates

2026-05-29 sa***** Literally cannot find gym mode at all there’s no button in my profile for it, AI coach can’t take me there. I love this app but there’s no way to find gym mode. Don’t advertise what you don’t have

2026-03-28 El***** I don’t understand I updated my phone and the app went from gender neutral to be in a Pilates app in the middle of the workout. Can someone answer this for me? This was a great app at one point. It counted my rest. It kept me in line, but now it was a Pilates app what happened?

2026-02-12 An***** This is the best fitness app I’ve tried so far. The wall Pilates sessions are easy to follow and great for stretching tight muscles. I mainly use it for back pain relief and knee support, and it really works. I’ve also noticed gradual weight loss without intense gym workouts. Perfect for seniors and beginners!

2026-02-08 Pu***** I’ve been using this app for over two years as a premium member, paying $39.99 per year. Until recently, everything worked great. Unfortunately, after the latest updates, all of my exercises and programs from the past two years have completely disappeared. I’m currently trying to recover my data, but the app has removed the “stop my tracking” button, making the situation even more frustrating. On top of that, the AI chat now generates programs exclusively for women—even when I clearly specify my gender as male. No matter how many times I set my profile to male, the app seems to ignore it entirely. The situation has gotten worse: all 3D step-by-step exercise demonstrations are gone. Instead, there are only pre-recorded videos of very basic exercises performed by women. Even when requesting a men’s workout program, I get videos of women explaining glute workouts to men. The original 3D programs and exercises that made this app unique have simply vanished. This is extremely disappointing, especially after investing two years of consistent work and progress into the app. Losing all my completed programs and exercise history feels unacceptable for a paid premium service. I hope the team fixes these serious issues soon. I’ll give it a couple of weeks, but if nothing changes, I’ll be forced to cancel my premium subscription and delete the app. It’s a real shame to see such a promising app decline like this!

2025-10-14 co***** I didn’t finish setting it up. It said I can lose 21lbs in 4 weeks. Not healthy. It asked questions basically asking what you hate most about yourself. It showed super unrealistic weekly progression photos. All the “reviews” in app are varied photos of the same person. It has typos like for example “how do you feel going upstairs?” and the option is “third but okey.” Shows very rushed design. I’d much rather follow an actual creator who’s put in the time to create a solid app that focuses on positive benefits and realistic goals. This feels like an AI cash grab.
