I don’t understand I updated my phone and the app went from gender neutral to be in a Pilates app in the middle of the workout. Can someone answer this for me? This was a great app at one point. It counted my rest. It kept me in line, but now it was a Pilates app what happened?

This is the best fitness app I’ve tried so far. The wall Pilates sessions are easy to follow and great for stretching tight muscles. I mainly use it for back pain relief and knee support, and it really works. I’ve also noticed gradual weight loss without intense gym workouts. Perfect for seniors and beginners!
