Compete NG is built for two. Link up with someone you care about — a parent, a best friend, a partner — set your own weekly movement goal, and show up for each other. In 2020, our founder set a simple weekly goal and invited his dad — 61 and also struggling — to do the same. No perfection required. Just a promise. Eighteen months later he was down 40 lbs. His dad lost 30 lbs and cut 8 strokes off his golf handicap.

That spreadsheet became Compete.
