2026-07-24	Pa*****	Lo siento si me tocó estar de mala suerte porque apenas anoche instale la aplicación con dos cámaras funcionando y no puedo negar que se ven espectaculares pero ya hoy en la mañana estando en el trabajo ya no tengo acceso a la aplicación, con ninguno de mis dos teléfonos he podido acceder, nada da error y problemas de conexión, que lástima la verdad porque me estaban gustando, yo les doy una sola estrella y solo porque se ven bien, sino cero

2026-07-24	Ma*****	I was able to access the app to check my home and now today it’s telling me to log in and not accepting my password also a message displayed that I need a passcode to access app. There is no help tried contacting company but it’s useless. They are directing me to TikTok where I purchased camera. Waste of money purchasing this brand camera

2026-07-17	Do*****	So I mostly have been pretty satisfied with this (no subscription) except the freaking blue indicator light doesn’t stay off. The app will indicate it’s turned off, but it lights up again 18-24 hours after being once again disabled. Please fix this!
