This app is only for tickets purchased for events using our previous ticketing experience. For new events and tickets, use the new SignUpGenius Payment Companion app.

Turn iPhones and iPads into QR code scanners and validate guest tickets at the door during your next event! With the SignUpGenius Tickets iOS app you can:

• Register unlimited mobile Apple devices to use at all event entry points and check-in locations
• Enable scanning for all of your event tickets or limit individual devices to specific ticket types
• Receive real-time validation for each ticket you scan—including guest name, available entry location, current redemption status, and applicable dates
• Automatically sync updated redemption statuses and mark guests as checked in when you successfully scan their ticket

The SignUpGenius Tickets companion app is free to use with an active SignUpGenius Tickets event.
