Review summary
Pros
- Innovative, brain-teasing puzzle concept with strong, logic-based design.
- Engaging gameplay that remains accessible to puzzle lovers, especially those into set theory.
- Polished visuals and presentation that enhance the puzzle experience.
- Addictive and replayable for fans of logic puzzles (e.g., Wordle, Picross, Sudoku).
Cons
- Token economy gates most play: each puzzle costs tokens, with limited daily tokens and sets unlocking behind tokens.
- Ad-supported model gating progression and a strong desire for a premium/no-ads option.
- Puzzle validation can be inconsistent: valid solutions sometimes aren’t accepted, including inverses or multiple solutions.
- Feedback during errors is unclear or confusing, with signals that aren’t always evident.
- Slow token accrual and daily rewards make progress difficult without paying.

| 2025-11-14 | Ga***** | It’s annoying that now I HAVE to watch ads to get my daily tokens. I understand watching ads for extra hints or extra tokens, but not for the daily tokens. If part of the game is to do the daily puzzle to get tokens, there shouldn’t be an extra hoop to jump through afterwards. I might be ok with it if ads are removed elsewhere, like between puzzles. | |

| 2025-11-03 | ey***** | This game is pretty solid. The only aspect that is frustrating is how feedback is given when a completed board is not the solution. If any piece that can be included in a sector of the board and is not included then aspects of the playing space flash at you. It is not always evident what these signals are telling you. This is confusing because at one point we are told there is only a single solution that will be accepted even if there are multiple solutions possible. The combination of how we are told there is an error and not knowing if the solution I am working toward is the single acceptable one leads to occasional frustration. | |

| 2025-11-03 | ka***** | Every puzzle costs currency to play, even "claiming" a puzzle set that you've completed costs currency. The daily play rewards aren't enough to play very often. It's like the devs don't want you to play without paying. At that point, make it a paid app. | |

| 2025-09-15 | IA***** | I absolutely love the basis of this game which is why I gave it 5 stars! It is challenging but not so hard that you can’t solve it and this really tickles both the pattern recognition part of my brain with my love of great graphics. I love trying to figure out the rules and patterns. That being said, the only way to play is by spending tokens that you only get a few each day by playing the daily game. I do really wish the mechanism had something like other games where you earned a token every 5 minutes until you had 5 in your bank or something. It would absolutely make things more playable. But such a great gameplay!!! | |

| 2025-09-10 | Dj***** | While I enjoy this game and how accessible (and fun) it makes set theory, it does not always accept valid answers. In one case, the puzzle was symmetric and would accept one solution, but not its inverse. Ex: The game accepted S1 = {a,b,c,d} S2 = {c,d,e,f} S3 = {b,d,f} BUT would NOT accept the sets inverse where S1* = {a,b,c,d} S2* = {c,d,e,f} S3* =-(S3)= {a,c,e} In this case, there were NO other shapes left over. It is disappointing that the game overlooked some inverse or negated solutions, especially after other reviews have been pointing out similar issues. I am unable to upload screenshots, but am willing to email them. The level that I first noticed this was the 23rd on the trail in zone 2. | |

| 2025-08-29 | Qw***** | This game at its core is incredible! It is a very unique puzzler that hurts my brain; just what I’m looking for in a game. It is terribly unfortunate how the token system works to play levels. You have to use a token to play each level, but the only way to get the tokens(after the first chapter) is to play the daily puzzle. These puzzles are extremely addicting and I don’t want to wait. I understand the dev needs to make money, but I would love to see the tokens accrue to a certain number after a certain amount of time like many games “life” system. Additionally, the “my sets” section boasts that you can play as many as you want once collected, but yet, you have to use tokens to unlock them AND to play them. Once you use tokens to unlock the set, they should be free to play. All said, I would pay a pretty penny for a premium version with no tokens and/or no ads. I know the game is in early dev, but would hate to see it fall apart from such an integral and difficult play mechanic. P.S. if you are going to have ads, I should be able to watch an ad for tokens. | |

| 2025-08-27 | Gr***** | There are often valid solutions to the puzzle that the game does not recognize as wins. It’s really a guessing game about matching the developer. | |

| 2025-08-26 | 02***** | I am no longer earning tokens from beating levels. I beat the level but the token and hint are greyed out and do not award them | |

| 2025-08-25 | Je***** | Many puzzles have multiple solutions, but only one “correct” solution. I gave up pretty quickly after many puzzles just became a guessing game of which solution was the real one. | |

| 2025-08-18 | Ta***** | Edit 8/17/2025: I’ve upgraded my review from two stars to four stars, in light of the changes made this week to the token accrual rates as mentioned in the developer reply below (thank you!), as well as the fact that I’ve been playing and thinking about it a lot since writing my initial review. It really is a fantastic game, though I still think the f2p trappings are kind of tragic. —————— This is a heartbreaking review to write, as it’s one of the best concepts for a logic puzzle I’ve seen in a long time. But it’s all wrapped in a psychologically manipulative free to play business model. I understand the unfortunate realities of the current App Store market, but I don’t think the drip feed energy system is necessary at all. The puzzles are addictive enough on their own. I already paid for no ads, but I would kill for a premium version of this that doesn’t feel so nakedly manipulative. | |
