User Reviews

Good that the app highlighted Mediterranean diet score as a guide to a healthy pattern of eating. But weird that when I tried to enter strawberry, the choices that came up where all processed strawberry items and I could not find plain, fresh strawberries. Same with blueberry. Why is the default list processed and not real food as though the app expects users to be eating processed and not whole food plant based? Am I missing a button? I also looked for vegan category or 100% plant based but it only had vegetarian. I wish it were more inclusive.

Would be great if we could see the breakdown of what foods contribute to the score. Being able to edit entries is a must also. If i can create a recipe is the website why does it say i need to upgrade in the app to do it?
