2026-05-19	Jh*****	This app has been the worst since it was introduced. In this day of age a register isn’t normally used everyone uses their app to keep track of their money. This app glitches so you never know your current balance. There’s times it subtracts transactions that you can’t see. Then there are many times you transfer from one account to the next and the app puts it in the wrong account. We are forced to use this app and have contemplated leaving this bank because of this app. Oh and. It to mention the numerous times during the week where it’s “ unavailable”. When the banks are closed and your child needs money and the app doesn’t work. You start using other sources to keep your money!!!

2025-03-10	El*****	This app has as many features as my other accounts at bigger banks, and it’s less confusing! External transfers is a big plus, making it easier to move money. My accounts are organized how I like them. Couldn’t say enough great things about the app and this bank!

2024-08-02	jb*****	Banks technology is so outdated. It’s caused me to miss payments and not be able to see met balance because the app isn’t working most of the time. I will be closing this account.

2024-07-06	cl*****	I have ran into nothing but difficulties with this app. Multiple times upon logging in, I have received a notification that states that the app “can’t retrieve my account.” But, I will try a few hours later and it will work just fine. Its very inconsistent. Additionally, I have tried so many times to change my delivery method for the security code considering the app insists on sending me one every single time I log in, but I have been unable to each time. Also, I have had to reset my password TWICE because after just one failed attempt, it says I am locked out of my account and need to reset my password. Simply checking an account balance should not be this difficult.
