Recent reviews

I been using this app for many years and while it may not be perfect, it has consistently met my banking needs. Yes, there have been occasional issues which may be attributed to the credit union partners. The app does what I need to do and ,I appreciate the convenience it provides.

Every time I activate the facial recognition, upon logging in it tells me my account is locked. When I call support they me my account isn't locked. No one offers to figure out why I get this error.

The mobile deposit feature fails spectacularly. It takes me 30 to 40 minutes of holding my phone at diffrent angles and telling the app to try again. It’s so frustrating.
