Card controls (activate/unfreeze/lock) often broken.
Mobile check deposits fail or show errors.
Login/verification problems (phone verification, iPad access).
Key features removed or hidden (balance view, quick balance, recurring payments) and navigation became more complex; support is slow.

The app has little lag, but it fulfills its purpose.

Latest release makes it impossible to enter amount In Zelle. Only digits 1-9 are displayed as lower part of keyboard is overlaid with account information. Also amount entered is not visible. So need to go to review to see actual value. Developer needs to scale for 13 mini screen which they did on previous versions.
