2026-05-08	am*****	There’s many things wrong with this app, but I’ll focus on the UX. When you want to cancel a class booking you click on the class, click cancel, it has an additional screen that has an X to exit that screen or a button that says ‘return to timetable’. Both the X and the button take you back to the start - not the bookings where you just were. Which means if you have multiple cancelations you have to go in and out repeatedly. There needs to be a way to select multiple bookings in the same screen to cancel. It would save time and code. Additionally, having the kids accounts separate from the parents, and not having up to date membership information in the app is incredibly annoying. Like why isn’t my membership document in the app? And you can’t cancel your membership from the app, you have to send them a message, then they send you a link to a member portal to cancel. Love KidStrong in general, but make the parents experience easier.

2026-02-15	Ch*****	New app is awful I’ve never been part of a downgrade so bad ,this puts the Cracker Barrel debacle to shame. It’s like they said “let’s keep the most useless parts of the old app and remove all the good features” . I hope no one paid for this, if so what a waste of money to the bottom line.
