I am so thrilled that Clynk has come to CT, especially now that our deposit is 10¢! The process is easy, minimal effort/learning curve (ie you have to buy the bags inside the grocery store, Stop & Shop in my case, and print the free labels from a kiosk, also located inside the store). I was compelled to write this review though, because I was impressed by the quick response from customer service. I saw someone gave a 2 star review and felt I needed to counter that with my experience. I have had no issues with the bottle return process and only reached out to customer service to get a record of my deposit history, a request which was answered the very next day. I recommend this service and app to anyone who wants to make a few extra bucks and was previously turned off by the smelly, messy process of bottle return departments. Clynk is easier, smoother, and cleaner!

Terrible customer service by such a horrible person. Didnt even asked what happened . Considering legal action after how she talked to me and left voicemail. If anyone wants voicemail or our convo please reach out to me .
