decent premise of the product, definitely difficult at first to get used to but rewarding once you do my only thing is the rude customer service, which is a huge dealbreaker for me, good product or not. id stick to the product otherwise, but this turned me off from them entirely.

First issue: 1. It’s a paid subscription. I bought this thinking it was a one-time purchase, but it’s not; it’s $50 a year. 2. It doesn’t work on two devices at least that I’ve found. I bought this on my iPhone to help me with a shopping addiction and ordering out too much. I tried downloading it onto my iPad and signing in, but I got a message stating 'NFC not available on this device.' I looked up solutions, but none of them worked. So, this app is pretty much useless to me now, and I’m out $50.
