I can’t get a hold of anyone online or via the phone. I can’t find anywhere on the website or app where I can cancel. Also coaching is no longer automatically included. You have to schedule it two weeks out.

First of all, I dislike the fact that if I order something and they run out, they automatically substitute it instead of giving me the option on the app to get a partial refund. On my last order, four of the items I ordered were out of stock and they substituted them for some things I didn’t want that many of. This is particularly bad considering their limited selection to begin with. My other issue is that I’ve had some meals arrive that were messed up with packaging and plastic seal had been torn through. I manage to get a replacement on my first order for the one meal this happened with. It happened with three items on my third order and now I can’t find where on the app to get the replacement. I don’t know if they’ve just hidden it really well or if they removed it since it’s been a while since I needed it. If this doesn’t get fixed, I may cancel future orders and find another subscription like Nutrisystem.
