⚠️ BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SUBSCRIPTION I saw an offer for Shop Ocean during checkout for my Makesy order through Shop that promised free shipping for an $8.99/month subscription that could supposedly be cancelled at any time. I accepted the offer, but it appeared to glitch and did not work. I still had to pay the full shipping charge on my order. I then received TWO emails welcoming me to the Shop Ocean subscription, despite the fact that I never successfully received the promised benefit. When I tried to access my account or cancel the subscription, the links provided did not work. I have now found multiple other customers reporting very similar experiences, including people who say they were unable to cancel. At this point, I don’t know what payment information this company has access to or whether I will be charged the $8.99 recurring fee. I am documenting everything and contacting my card issuer. I strongly recommend investigating this subscription before signing up. A subscription should not be this difficult to access or cancel, especially when the original transaction itself didn’t work as advertised.
