Adding money from my debit cards at my external Banks is a great feature that all Banks should have but not many do. The only downside of adding money from my debit card is it's not instantly available in my account. Sometimes it is but most of the time it's within 48 hours which I can deal with. Thanks UniFi you guys are great!

2026-01-04	Jj*****	Very easy to send funds to the Philippines, great rate and no fees. I like it that I can remit money as many times as I want without fees, great exchange rate while earning 3%reward. Once set up is done, gets easier from there.

Most apps hit you with hidden fees or terrible exchange rates, but UniFi is transparent and incredibly fast. What really sold me is the Shared Accounts feature. I can co-manage funds with my family back home, which makes handling household expenses so much easier than sending money blindly. Being able to hold my balance in USD (and even USDC) while earning 3% APY on my balances is a huge upgrade over a traditional bank. I recently used it to send a Digital Aguinaldo for the holidays, and it was so simple and instant. If you’re an OFW or Fil-Am , do yourself a favor and switch to UniFi. It’s banking that actually understands the global Filipino family!

Transfers are quick and easy. I’ve tried a bunch of apps like these and keep ending up back on UniFi. Really like that there are no fees. 2025-01-29	Ma*****	This is a really horrible app to use for you banking. I signed up with UniFi three days ago and today I was logging in to make a deposit, which I unable to login. From this point I can tell they closed my account and there is nowhere I’m gonna get intact with a support.

2024-06-27	sh*****	App has been great and working just fine for about a month and while my funds were inside, I couldn’t access my funds and my whole account was frozen. Had no response from chat or support or nothing. It’s been about a week now and am needing help!!!!!!!!

I was able to verify my identity and log into my account after a few days I initiated it posit in the amount of $4250 when trying to use my card I noticed that the card did not work I have email stating that my identity was verified and the funds were available and ready to use. However, my account was closed and I was unable to login and my money was in limbo. Eventually I got in contact someone who told me that my account had been closed and that I would be refunded. I would stay away from this company as they do not have a solid customer support service only email which they take days sometimes to respond one out of five stars.

2024-04-10	La*****	Made an account, was able to verify & setup my virtual card. Logged in a couple days later & said I couldn’t be verified but my account was already verified. The button that says contact support is not a real email to contact them. Seems extremely weird you took all my personal info plus a selfie but now you can’t verify me? Oh and now I can’t login.

Our children have their own debit cards and we’re able to control their budget and what they spend their money on. My wife and I were able to setup different cards for different expenses all in one bank without needing to talk to a bank representative. I’m able to send money to my relatives in Mexico with extreme ease and avoiding high fees. Unifi has solved so many of my personal issues and I would recommend it to anyone. THANK YOU UNIFI TEAM!
