User Reviews

Most reviews criticize TurboTenant for renters due to reliability and cost. The top issues are: frequent bank-link failures and monthly re-linking; repeated login/authentication problems; high or confusing fees (convenience fees and card percentages); frequent crashes and new updates that log users out; and limited in-app multi-tenant chat. A few praise quick, easy payments when it works and the ability to split a payment across cards. Overall, bugs and fees overshadow the app’s convenience, with many renters preferring the web version or other options.
Pros
  • Quick and easy rent payments when the system is functioning.
  • Split payment capability across two cards to ensure rent is paid.
  • Some reviewers call it a great app when it works, indicating potential usefulness.
Cons
  • Frequent bank linking/disconnecting requiring monthly relinking, causing delays and potential late fees.
  • Repeated login/authentication problems and constant sign-in requirements.
  • High or confusing fees (convenience fees and card-processing percentages).
  • Frequent crashes, loading issues, and updates that log users out.
  • Limited in-app multi-tenant chat and communication with landlords; reliance on a single thread view.

Good evening this is T from 501 unit one. My experience is good. I can’t even say great. My daughter and I have been here 7 1/2 years. We are very blessed. We don’t have no harm or danger that comes that way we keep ourselves, but we also try to be good neighbors. Erin is more than just a landlord to me and my daughter personally and I know if I really need something or need to voice my opinion about something I know that I will get heard I will be heard so as of right now I have no complaints with how things are going. Have a blessed night.🩷🩷🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Persistent monthly updates. How about build an app that just works? Shocking thought, I know, but it may be beneficial.
