2024-02-20	Hd*****	The best workout program around! Not only a program but a community. Without seny I would not be as far in my journey as I am. So much content and variety that you can never get bored. Seny doesn’t only train your body but also completely transforms your mind. I love how Seny takes all the thinking out of working out because let’s be honest when you have no motivation who wants to then figure out what workout to do!
