MaryAnngeline Medenas is a movement teacher, choreographer, and performer. Having taught 5,000+ hours of yoga and dance during the past 10 years, MaryAnngeline is a 500 hour Experience Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, completing her RYT 200-hour training with Cloud Nine Yoga in 2012 and her RYT 300-hour training with Beyond Bryce Yoga in 2018. MaryAnngeline holds the prestigious recognition of a Continuing Education Provider through Yoga Alliance which she provides annual trainings and workshops to yoga teachers and students alike. Having completed her M.F.A in Dance at Saint Mary’s College of California as well as B.A. in Dance at CSU Fullerton, MaryAnngeline believes nothing heals the body, mind, and soul better than movement, creativity, and the breath.
