Works sometimes sometimes doesn’t work and not accurate if car is started or not

I cannot even get the app to allow me to make an account to use the device I bought. Trying to contact technical support through the app is a nightmare too. I tried several methods to get the app to work or contact support and nothing is working. Will update if my issue is resolved and I get to use the product.
