Since moving to JKBCorp+, I have found that essential functions and information that I previously relied on are simply not available. Most importantly, none of my existing beneficiaries and contacts appear in the application, and I am unable to access eFAWATEERcom bill payment services. These are basic banking functions that I use regularly to manage my company’s financial obligations. Being required to move to a new application while losing access to existing beneficiaries and essential payment services has made the transition extremely disruptive. At present, the application is so limited that I am unable to carry out routine transactions that I was previously able to complete without difficulty. A mandatory migration to a new platform should not result in customers losing access to existing information or essential banking services.
