I can’t send reset password I keep getting 9999-internal error I’ve been in this loop for 5 Months now without any update from call center no one was able to solve this issue. it makes me sad for a 15 years JKB customer as I withdrew all my money from JkB and switched to a different Bank

الرجاء متابعة تحديث ios26, لا يعمل، بعد عدة محاولات اتصل معي موظف من الخدمات وجرب يقنعني ان التطبيق الجديد هو تجريبي فقط والبنك لا يدعمه، اجابة خاطئة وغير علمانية، ها نحن اليو، تم إصدار ios26 الكامل لجميع العالم والتطبيق لا يعمل. التحديث الأخير قبل يومين صوب الوضع.
