They cancelled my reservation for some reason. Never let me know. Never issued a refund. And that’s after wasting an hour trying to figure out how to navigate the app process.

For what it is, the app works more or less fine. The only thing I have trouble with is that when I click details it just opens s browser to their homepage. What I do have a big problem with is the dumpster fire that is Nexus Tours. They canceled my tour after I had been waiting at the pickup spot for over 15 minutes past meeting time. On Antigua they booked me for the wrong days, and I nearly was not able to participate. I told myself I wouldn’t book through them another time, but here I am making a fool out of myself, again. Thanks for causing me to miss what I was looking forward to most on my whole trip!
