User Reviews
Update: 5/21/26
Just discovered that there is a device usage log under the profile that does capture when you used it. Just make sure the device is connected via BT. You can export the data as a .csv file. So I’m upgrading my review to two stars.
Update: 5/17/26
Still entering sleep manually and using the retimer by connecting via BT and then turning on the device from the app. Appears that if I turn it on manually, even though it’s connected via BT, the session doesn’t get logged at all. Very annoying for a device that has a companion app. Since the sleep diary is most accurate when manually entered, I would like to see a way to manually log use of the device until better synchronization is available. At this time, the AI analysis feature is pointless bc it’s missing half of the data.
Update: 5/12/26
If you have DSWPD and hope that the device will aid in tracking your use by integrating with the app - that’s also not going to happen. Since I am using the device for an hour upon waking, which doesn’t align with the suggested schedule, each day is reported as a “missed session.” This is really unfortunate for those who wish to reduce friction and allow their devices and apps to automate logging.
The device itself has so far worked well but it’s too early to say if it’s effective. I would like to see temples that could be adjusted, since one of my ears is lower than the other meaning I’m not getting the same amount of light in each eye.
After manually entering my sleep - I made a mistake on one entry and I cannot delete it. The app needs to allow the user to manually correct prior entries and to allow logging of device use even if it’s outside of the app generated “ideal schedule.”

This app is really awful. Integration with sleep data is inaccurate. Sleep initiation is correct, but it takes the first moment you are awake longer than one minute, and uses that as your wake time, I deleted my account and started over, by manually entering my sleep records. If you make a mistake - you cannot delete or edit an entry. Also, there’s no ability to track naps. Will update the review when have more to say about the device. The app, in its current iteration, sucks. Also - if you have DSPS it assumes your night starts before midnight which you need to manually override for each entry.
