Terrible cell service in the UK, and customer service team put me through 30 minute troubleshooting (steps that I told them I already tried) rather than doing the obvious thing and issuing a refund for the essentially negligible cell service.

Todays date: 6/22/26 I contacted customer service to request a refund because it did not work for me and the no signal left me stranded in the middle of the night in Madrid and they would only give me Saily credit as a "refund". If their services failed me and disappointed me once why would I trust them again? Wasted $35 for nothing. I do not recommend.
