Unable to get teathered internet hot spot to work, so could not use my tablet or laptop. Spent over 90 minutes trying to troubleshoot it with Saily support. they blamed my home carrier, which doesn't make sense, and even if accurate, the product doesn't work for my needs and wasted a ton of time.
