EMRFlow grew up inside OpenEMR. It's the documentation layer for practices that run OpenEMR, and for practices deciding on it. Speak a session and every detail lands in the right field of a structured SOAP, DAP, or narrative note; paste a referral letter and the intake fills itself; OpenEMR stays the system of record, and the wrap-up after a session takes about a minute. It connects over HL7 FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR, so it also works with any FHIR R4 EHR.

FOR OPENEMR ADMINISTRATORS

• A SMART on FHIR backend-services client reads patients, practitioners, locations, and encounters. No schema changes, no custom modules, no core files touched. • An approved visit posts a draft billing encounter to OpenEMR (date and place of service, facility, diagnosis and procedure codes). The finished note files as a PDF to your connected document storage, not into the chart. Nobody re-keys a visit. • In production today, from solo practices to multi-site agencies.
