The app works with multiple devices and offers useful alerts, but these recurring problems reduce reliability for frequent users who expect seamless control and scheduling.

Unified, user-friendly app that is easy to navigate and controls multiple devices from one place (one ecosystem for lawn and pool).

Useful device status alerts/notifications (e.g., skimmer stuck) that help users monitor performance.

In-app advertisements and frequent upsell prompts disrupt the user experience.
Frequent login/logout instability; users can’t stay signed in and multi-user sessions trigger security messages.

Please add the functionality to share the IrriSense app profile with a family member. The irrigation system should be controllable by family not just one person.

App works fairly well. It's not entirely intuitive where different settings are, but hopefully that will get better. My biggest complaint is it won't allow two phones to be logged onto the same account at the same time. Why not??? It's super annoying that I am constantly re-logging in for that reason.
