I came here because Percy promised, “I got you ❤️.” Over the next 3 hours, I told Percy at least a dozen times that I have a 20,000-gallon pool, a cartridge filter, CYA of 100, and FC over 10. Percy repeatedly forgot those details and kept asking me the same questions. During the conversation, the chlorine recommendation changed from buying 12 gallons, to adding 2 gallons, then none, then ½ gallon, then 1 gallon. My favorite moment was when I jokingly said the Fire Marshal wanted to know who told me to add those doses. Percy replied: “Not me.” I laughed so hard I cried. The app has potential, but it desperately needs better conversation memory and consistency. If the advice changes, explain why it changed instead of repeatedly asking for information you’ve already been given.

Before using Pooli I was a rookie and that’s putting it lightly , I had constant problems with algae, chemical imbalance, and cloudy water ! Now since I have found Pooli my pool stays balanced and clear hardly having any issues .. but when 1 should arise I just go on my app and Pooli helps me get the problem u see control .. I have used a couple different apps in the past .but all seem to want to charge after a week of use .. Pooli gives you the option to be a member or just a user ! I highly recommend Pooli ! My son has been a pool tech for 13 years and now he uses Pooli To track and document his pool routes
