Safespace: a mental wellbeing and performance space for you, the people who support you, and the people you support.

Safespace offers you five main things:

Close friends — share your current mood, with a photo if you like, and see how your friends are really doing. React with an emoji, leave a comment, or send a Whisper: a small note of encouragement that arrives when it's needed most.

Write — an AI journal for letting out intrusive thoughts and self-reflecting, typed or dictated. It remembers what matters to you between conversations, and a built-in shield automatically hides personal details like names, places and phone numbers.

Mood & training tracking — log your mood, tiredness and training in seconds, with photos of your sessions, and let your workouts be picked out of your notes automatically. Watch the lines move over the week, break your training down by type and time, and get a short weekly wrap-up written from your own entries.

Coach connection — link your coach to share your training reports with them, so the people guiding you see how you're actually doing. You decide who's linked and what travels, the report alone, or your mood along with it.

Emergency resources — what support is available, when and how it can be used, and in which languages.
