Users report the IoCare+ app is unreliable and hard to use. The most common issues are login friction, reduced scheduling/routine features, and connectivity drops that require re-setup. Recent reviews

The app disconnects from the filter OFTEN. Reconnecting requires a hard reset of the filter - unplugging it and waiting for something inside to reset. This is fantastically annoying, since I normally discover it late at night when my scheduled “dark mode” doesn’t happen. SO frustrating!!!
