2026-03-02	Ay*****	This app could be so much better with the adjustment of some of the program features. Instead of the officer needing to be assigned to a specific group by a coordinator, the program should be designed to be seen by all when a job is created and posted. Specifically, anyone within that jobs demographic location/region should be able to see the available posting. With the option to limit who can see the postings. This was a feature that was utilized on a similar app (we’ll just refer to as Roll Call Tek). Since Protos acquired both, then they should get with the developers and model this after that or make some minor changes. Definitely for the better. From a coordinator’s perspective this current app, isn’t it. With the other one, it gave the coordinator so much more admin access that could make things much more efficient. Modifying shifts, adjusting times, pay, assigning shifts etc. It also helped staffed an open shift faster and in return that benefits the client. The client is the main objective that we want to take care of.

2026-03-02	28*****	I have my settings to allow notifications in the app and on my phone. When a new job is posted there is no push notification. If you are looking for a job you just have to keep opening the app every 30 minutes to see if anything has been posted. Once I have been selected for a job I get push notifications about being assigned, unassigned, shift starts in two hours, etc. but the posting of a new job isn’t pushed out.

2026-01-08	Gu*****	This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a law enforcement app. Whenever I call to check the status of an invoice, the representatives sound irritated—literally taking deep breaths as if they don’t want to assist. It’s extremely unprofessional and frustrating. On top of that, I’ve missed job opportunities because there’s no alert or notification letting you know when something opens up. And the payment process is not what they advertise. They claim payment takes 24–48 hours, but mine took almost five days! Completely unacceptable. Apps like RK at least give you the option to cash out after your job is done. With this one, I’m honestly afraid to even reach out at this point.Something needs to change!

2025-10-24	Mi*****	Sometimes I don’t get a notification when I am actively on my phone, only to see later a job came in when I was on my phone, and of course the job will have been taken by I see the notification 10 minutes later. Sometimes I don’t get a sound played at all, when I’m away from the phone so if I don’t see it come in I’ll miss a job. These mistakes are literally loosing me money. Please also add the option for custom notification sounds so I can distinguish this app from others.

2025-06-10	Fr*****	This app has not worked since it was rolled out. Seconds count when you are trying to get a job. This app has to log you back in, when you are lucky to even get a notification. While you are waiting, the jobs are gone. Seems no one wants to fix all the issues this app has. Ongoing problems since tha app was rolled out.

2024-09-15	1s*****	I’m unsure why I am not able to receive any posting alerts. I deleted the app to re-download and now the banner alerts don’t even show up anymore. The old system was much better!! As of 9/15/24, I wanted to update this review. I was contacted by a product manager to discuss the issues. Since then there has been resolutions to all my concerns. If you have any questions or concerns I’m sure you will receive the same courtesy. Thanks for the efforts!
