You can easily test for Free Available Chlorine, pH, Calcium Hardness, Alkalinity and Cyanuric Acid using a test strip or liquid test kit, and also get solutions for combating algae or cloudy water. Test your water using our Porpoise Test Strips and capture the results with your camera or enter your results manually to get a detailed prescription specific to your pool. Sign into the Pinch A Penny app with your phone number to track your water test history both in the app and in-store. Please note, water testing within the app is for residential swimming pools.

I like that I can sign into my account, view my transaction history and water test results, and create my pool profile. However, that’s literally all you can really do with this app. The shop links do nothing. You can’t see any products let alone what’s on sale. You can’t order anything on the app. There’s no pool education or water chemistry prescriptions. This app could be soooo much better.

The app never remembers my password. Now it’s lost all records of prior service to my pool.

This app work when it wants to, not when you need it. Test history show up…. sometimes, rarely. You have to make several login attempts before it lets you in. Don’t waste you time.
