VoiceOver Incompatibility in the Ventra App To the Development Team, I am writing to you as a daily commuter and a person who is blind. I rely on the Ventra app to manage my transit and plan my trips. However, the current version of the app presents significant barriers to users who utilize VoiceOver on iOS. Specifically, I have encountered the following critical accessibility issues: * Unlabeled UI Elements: Several key navigation buttons and icons lack descriptive "Accessibility Labels." When swiping through the interface, VoiceOver frequently announces "button" or "image" without context, making it impossible to know if I am selecting a fare purchase, a map, or a schedule. * Focus Order Disruption: The logical flow of the screen reader does not follow the visual layout. The cursor often jumps from the top of the screen to the bottom, skipping vital trip information or fare balance details. * Dynamic Update Failures: Real-time arrival data and countdown clocks do not utilize "Live Regions." Consequently, as bus or train times change, VoiceOver does not announce these updates, leaving me with outdated information. * Inaccessible Fare Loading: The process for adding funds or managing a Ventra card is currently non-linear for screen reader users, often getting stuck in "trap" loops where the cursor cannot exit a specific menu. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 guidelines, public transit digital tools must be accessible to all riders. These barriers are not just an inconvenience; they prevent me from using your services independently. I request that your development team performs an immediate accessibility audit using the WCAG 2.1 (Level AA) standards and ensures that all buttons are properly labeled and that the focus order is corrected in the next update.

All works pretty good except when a DCTA van comes it’s info never shows up but Lyft provided trips show more than just finding a ride. 7/11 New app does not function like the dart one did add a page or field in profile to specify if one needs a dcta van which I don’t.
