I live in the Teton region and use the Duet app many days to travel the 20 or so miles between my house and my work. It is been easy to coordinate carpools with neighbors and other people who I work with who live in my town. Earlier on we had trouble with Duet recognizing our pick up locations, as we live in rural areas and may not live within a 3 mile radius of each other. But this issue seems to have gotten fixed. Overall, great experience using the Duet app

I take the shuttle to commute from South Bay to SF city every day. It’s definitely better than taking the crowded Caltrain, not to mention they pick you up at your door! You can track the real time location of shuttle in the App. The only thing I think they can improve is punctuality- some drivers tend to be late at pick up every time while most drivers are pretty punctual. Duet should have punctuality review for each ride in the App.
