Had this device for years and was finally brave enough to the it

Why do I need a username and password just to use the expensive device I purchased? Further WHY can’t I use MY device offline?

App developers need to create an option to start a new session at the same intensity level as the previous session. And/or allow users to input intensity setting BEFORE the timer starts. It's ridiculous user design to try to find the vagus nerve with one hand while modulating intensity on the app with the other, after the device has already started counting down a very short 2 minute window. While lying down. Causes a lot of stress, which the device is supposed to be helping!! At the very least use a haptic feature, like volume buttons on the phone, to adjust intensity.
