Without notification my appointment for July 2, 2026 at 11:15 was cancelled. I showed up for my appointment to find that it had been cancelled. THERE WAS NO NOTIFICATION WHATSOEVER. Need I say more?

I love having the access to my medical information right on hand. Recently, I was rushed to the hospital and I had to stay overnight. I had labs, ex-rays, scans and other things done, those results are not displayed in my records. At which I did need results for my labs to pass on to another doctor so now I have to go and get new labs done because they were not put on to the site.
